A Collaborative, Compassionate Approach to Healing
I draw from both Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to support healing in a way that feels grounded, safe, and tailored to you. These approaches can work beautifully together—helping you make sense of your inner experience, process painful memories, and feel more connected to yourself.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps you understand the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. Together, we make space for the parts of you that carry pain, protection, shame, or overwhelm, so healing can happen with more clarity, self-understanding, and care.

IFS can be especially helpful for:
- Complex trauma and PTSD
- Shame and inner criticism
- Anxiety and depression
- Dissociation
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful or distressing experiences so they feel less overwhelming over time. Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR can support your natural healing process and help you feel more present, steady, and no longer pulled back by the past.

EMDR can be especially helpful for:
- Complex trauma and PTSD
- Intrusive memories or flashbacks
- Anxiety and panic
- Childhood or attachment trauma

Therapeutic Philosophy
My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for healing and self-leadership. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and begin to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have long carried pain, fear, or shame.
In my work, I approach each person with deep respect and curiosity—recognizing that no two healing journeys are the same. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, or patterns of disconnection, I draw from EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process the past, build emotional balance, and cultivate inner compassion. As an affirming ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, I welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and life experiences. My goal is to provide a space where you can be fully seen and supported as you move toward authenticity, empowerment, and healing.
